Boom Vader 125 2020 model oil cooler

Question folks

I see some have installed an oil cooler on the grom clone.

Was wondering what to get and how to install it.

Thanks

Carl

The stock vader motor doesn't have any place to run lines for the oil cooler and doesn't require one. I wonder if the vaders you've seen have after market motors.

I was curious of the same thing. I don't see anywhere an oil cooler could be added to the stock TaoTao Hellcat 125 engine. Guess it's not needed.

I run an oil cooler on my Vader 125 , we ride the hell out of em here in FLA and its very hot and humid so for us it is a good idea .It's a very easy install altho you might have to fabricate some brackets for the oil cooler itself .

I'll try and remember to go take a pic of where the oil line adapter bolts on to the engineand post it later, but for now here are Ebay links to the install kit and oil cooler themselves :

oil cooler

here are a couple pics of the oil cooler on my 2020 Boom Vader Gen 2 bike
On mine motor I had to add about 1 1/2 ounces of additional oil to the engine due to the addition of the oil cooler.
I used a combination of the 2 following oil coolers.

1 used for the actual oil cooler. (black one)
1 used for the actual head side plate for the oil lines (blue oil cooler)
I could not find just the side plate for the head.
The one that the guy used and linked to should work as well.
