I really just put some foam tape strips around the lip of the gas cap, about 1/4 inch back from the lip. It still buzzes, haven't figured it out, other than its related to the how full the tank is. Starts buzzing around half a tank left.

Mine buzzes like crazy as well. Solution needed!
