Where to purchase front rim w/spokes for less than $135

Where can I purchase the front wheel for a Hawk 250 for cheaper than $135 that 360 power sports wants? I don't want to bother with installing spokes, so can you buy the rim with the spokes installed already? Does the rim for $135 at 360 include the spokes?

That won't work on a Hawk. The hub is different and the spokes are a different length.
