Hawk 250, the o rings turned to mush and the petcock leaks like a sieve. Anyone know what Japanese bike has a petcock that will interchange?

My local Virginia DMV “can’t find the manufacture “ in the system. Can someone tell me the manufacturer on your title. I have the MCO from RPS but the girl was clueless.
