I spent a week in the Philippines (Manila) last Summer, and I can attest to how freakin crazy the drivers are. I kid you not, there are 2 lane roads, 3 lane roads, 4 lane roads, etc which become one way, two way, 3 way, whatever, depending on traffic flow. The 2 lane road past my hotel was one way traffic both lanes into the city in the morning, 2 way during the day and one way back out of the city at night. No set times, no lights, no traffic signs, no lines in the road. Just go with the flow. On the cab ride to the airport a motorcycle pulled out right in front of the cab. The cabbie honked the horn, tagged the rider and we continued on our merry way to the airport. The guy on the bike corrected, veared across oncoming traffic to the curb and carried on as well. Nuts man, NUTS!!!!

I saw a video either on google video or youtube awhile ago of a intersection of a road in India. That was the scarriest thing I've ever seen. Video is blocked at work. I'll try and find it tonight and post it.

And no one was China bashing on ADV Rider. Funny how no one put the guy down for riding a Chinese bike!

This one has lights but that doesn't even seem to improve your liklehood of survival much:

I wonder how many of those are Chinese made bikes and how many are India made bikes?
