MiniHummer noisy after warming up

Hi guys, I need some advice, I have a gio Mini hummer and its running great. The issue is that it is as soon as it is started, it sounds nice and quiet, however, once it warms up, it gets fairly noisy. Sounds like a loud valve noise. I would think that if the valves need adjustment, it would be noisy when cold, and once the parts warm up, the gap between them would be less and then quiet down. What do you think? I am running the proper 20W50 also btw. Its almost like the oil is still too thin and need to get a thicker oil because its getting too hot. Thoughts?

Hmmmm, i've always ran the Castrol 10w/40 motorcycle oil in my sons 50cc mini atv, my 110cc Rebel T1, my 200cc Beast and the two mini hummers out at the shop and we have never had a problem with them getting too hot.
