Speedometer Replacement Cable for Roketa 200 DB-07A

Does anybody have a replacement speedometer cable part number that I can use to order a new cable for my Roketa Also where to order from? Dennis Kirk?

See if one of these matches up. All that matters is the approximate length and the connectors on the ends.

what is it with speedometer cables on china bikes? Mine broke at 127 miles, doc I know you had one break... I hear it a lot. Sorry I know nothing to help op find a cable... just a small vent (I couldnt find one for my bike cause I dont have a good bike shop local)

Roketa Speedeometer Cable Replacement

Thanks for the quick response and link. My cable looks like the one in the link below with a slotted connector on one end and just the cable on the other end. The length is about 33". Having 3,000 miles on my Roketa and this being the only major issue after I did the recommended mods when you buy the bike, I am pretty happy so far.

That will work.

Melissa the problem with the Chinese cables is rather than using Lo Mein noodles the Chinese substitute Egg Foo Young.

Over 10K with the original on my lifan. I lubed it really well when new.

I also did all the other cables and never had a failure of one them.

I have traveled over 26,500 miles on my Zong, and my original speedometer cable is in excellent condition.

Lube, Tighten, Loctite.....Never fails to make anything last longer.

I lubed all 3 of the Chinacables on my Q. The Japanese cable seems to be much higher quality. This is about the only place so far I've found that Q has skimped on the quality of their components.
