Zongshen Sierra 200 seat question
Hi all!!! I'm new here to this site and I am hooked!!! I am thinking about buying a Zongshen Sierra 200. But I am about 5' 6" tall, would my feet touch the ground or would I look like a little kid with my legs dangling off the sides? I started looking around and came up with the Zongshen and really like what it has to offer. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!! thanks.

Welcome!
Spud and Doc will likely chime in soon, but I've heard them both comment on how the Sierra's seat is the lowest and most comfortable of the China bikes.

I think you would be happy with a zongshen. Probably the lowest dual sport available.

Welcome to these forums! I agree with WG, and Allen. I don't know of any other chinabike with a seat height as low as the Zong. The Zong also has a very comfortable, wide saddle. Where do you intend to ride your bike?

You could probably measure your inseam and compare it to the seat height. Might help you get an idea... not a perfect method but possibly helpful. Its hard for us to tell if your feet would touch, best bet is to get on a similarly tall bike at a big 4 store... or is there anyone in the forum who owns a zong and is around 5'6"???

You might want to send a personal message (PM) to Alan566, who resides in Georgia. He owns a Zong, and I believe he is a shorter rider.

Hurry up and get the bike, they might not be available much longer, and they are great bikes. I am the same height as you and I can feel confident on a standard Sierra. You might even be able to make a few seat adjustments, but I have not done it.

http://chinariders.net/modules.php?n...ewtopic&t=7913 http://chinariders.net/modules.php?n...ewtopic&t=8571 The stock Zong is a great little street bike. However, because of the lack of rear, dual sport tires, the stock Zong is essentially a nice little supermoto. If you want to do any serious trail riding, you will need to acquire a custom, 18-inch rear wheel. Your other option is to perform a Yamaha swingarm conversion. Spud
