Used MCO & Bill of Sale provided by Brian @ motoxtreme.net to get title, took title to BMV and walked out the door with tag - no problems

(Excluding the insanely long line at both locations 20 minutes at title agency and over 30 minutes at BMV.)

$6 plus taxes for title
$23 (prorated) for tag
