Carb adjustment for a Roketa DB-05

Hi,

I was wondering where I should put the clip on a stock Roketa 200. I did see the post regarding the carb adjustment but I not a specific adjustment recommendation.

I have a DB-05 also live in San Antonio Texas, hot humm. air placed mine one up from bottom.
