GIO 125D ATV Blazzer Bad Vibration

This thing from new had vibrated horrendously. It has broken engine mount bolts, exhaust, gear select handle, just to name a few. No matter what I try it just continues to vibrate. Running at idle I do not hear odd noises or idle problems but at 3/4 throttle the vibration is almost undriveable. Oddly there is a snapping sound I think is coming from the exhaust and a electrical buzzing sound coming from the top of the engine area. I have put new gaskets and studs on the head and performed the valve train adjustment. Still no change. I’m at a loss with this thing.

How old is it,just think you got a bad one. I would contact dealer you bought it from, if its under warranty you might get a new one.

I bought it spring 2020, pretty sure no warranty left.
