linhai 760 speed limiter

hi.. i have atv linhai m760li.. and max speed is 62kmh. can someone told me how to remove speed limiter.. i download hud ecu hacker but dont know what parameter i need change. If someone can help me, I will be grateful..

Check at the thumb throttle. The smaller ones have a screw with a lock nut to regulate the how far the throttle can be pushed.

not that..there blockade inside ECU
