Trying a different way to upload pics
Well, that didn't work. I'd delete this, but I can't find the delete button. Lol

Download GIMP onto your computer. It is better than Photoshop, and free. Open the pic you want to post, use the scale tool to lower the resolution. This is under the Image pulldown (Scale Image). I find that at 120 pixels per inch, I can make it 4.5x5", and get well under the 195k limit and still have nice pics. These can be uploaded directly and embedded using the manage images tool in the post editor.
