Best place to purchase a 250cc engine?

I've been checking Amazon and Ebay for a 250cc engine. I'm not seeing them on Amazon and the Ebay listings are suspicious.

I noticed most of the descriptions say exterior cosmetic damage and bad clutches. It seems odd that so many adds say exactly the same thing so I contacted one of them for more information but it looked like they cut and pasted the exact same description.

Anyways......Does anyone have a recommendation for a good supplier?

Which "250" engine are you looking for? The CG and CB clones can usually be bought brand new on Ebay and Ali Express.

I am open to either the CG or CB. I'm not seeing a good ad on Ebay other than what I mentioned regarding damaged engines. I haven't checked Ali Express. Thanks for the recommendation!

Edit: I thought I knew the difference between CB and CG engines but was wrong. I guess CG is what I'm looking for.

Thanks, TxTaoRider. I must have not used the right search criteria as I don't remember seeing either one of these. Wow, I guess the days of the $500 engine are long gone.

I currently have an older CG200 and an equally old CB200. The CG has too much damage but it's likely the CB200 just needs a new top end. Since I'm completely going through the bike I figured I'd put a fresh engine in it. Since I'm working on a budget I'll definitely have to give this more thought.
