New and need info on Ignition

Hola Chinabikers,

Some kids attempted to steal my Hawk 250. In the process they used a screw driver to start the bike. The neighbor saw them and they took off. Regardless, I have to replace my ignition. I ordered an ignition about 2 and half months ago, and it is still on back order. does anyone know where I can buy one right now, or in the nearest future?

Is your ign. switch a 4 or 5 wire setup? VMC has been out of stock on the CB 125 style 4 wire setup (2 wire plug & 2 individual wires. I bought the 4 wire plug setup and spliced my old 2 wire plug onto it. Works fine.). The last I checked, they still had the 5 wire switch available. Amazon shows both styles available, but I've had issues with them in the past when ordering Chinese parts for various items. Good luck.
