2020 Bashan Brozz 250 Jets! Want to make sure!
Hey all, looking for pilot and main jets for a 2020 brozz, it says Keihin PZ30 on it and this was the first link that popped onto amazon. I tried looking through the answers and reviews but cant find anything to confirm.
I am getting this kit https://www.amazon.com/Pieces-Carbur...6840259&sr=8-3 and a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e13feaf99b49c3 Then gonna order some sprockets and maybe put a pod filter on. Another thing, I am looking for more torque than top speed. What do you think would be a good sprocket combo? I was thinking something like 16/46. I believe it has a 17/46 now? but not sure. Lastly, can anything I read about the Hawk 250 apply to the Brozz 250? I see a lot of videos and forum posts more about the Hawk than the Brozz. Last edited by sth; 07-21-2021 at 03:02 AM. |

These are the jets I used for my 2020 Brozz 250. PZ30 Kiehin carb.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The pilot jets are the wrong ones. The main jets in the link you have may work, I don't know, but the pilot jets will not. These are the right ones from Aliexpress. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3226...47474c4d4Yt1OC I'm running 17/45, with a new Xring chain. Lots of parts will work for both Brozz and Hawk. Like aftermarket exhaust, and sprockets. I think you really have to talk about something specific to answer the question. Hope that helps, John |

I have a thicker 520 100 link chain with 13 front 33 rear currently. It is about as far as you can go for street use in this configuration.
The thinner 428 chain would work great too. But now that is switched over to a trails bit, likely going to increase the teeth on the back for more torque and less top speed. |
