Tried getting comprehensive insurance

So like the title says i tried getting comprehensive insurance thru progressive which covers theft and they said no because my bike is made in china and they can't get parts

crazy!!

It's the csc tt 250 made by zongshen and csc is in california with all the parts

When I insured my Bashan (B)raven with Geico, it asked if I wanted Comprehensive or just liability, so naturally I chose liability for only $76 a year. I don't think they would have consummated/written a policy for it though, because I only paid $1249 for it.

Progressive told me it was because of the low "value" of the bike.

well crap I was just getting ready to add mine to Progressive....hope I can at least get liability
