BD 125/10 front suspension up grade
i am just not happy riding my Grom clone off road.. I know the small 12" wheels are the crux of this problem. Help me here. I found a couple sources
but will stick with amazon for this. HPHMoto or TDPRO offer laced wheel, tube and tire 60/100-14"for an attractive price. This got me wondering if I will need a different triple tree for this smaller wheel size? Yeah!! this pursuit can get costly but a necessary evil. |

Grom or?? kawa 125front forks
Running thru possible improvements for my BD125/10. I am arriving at the conclusion that with the need to keep the bike street leagal and the nightmare that would happen attempting to wire up the lighting and other necessities..
Looks like I will need to find a Grom front end or the Kawasaki 125 front end.. ??? |

Well, of course that won't fix the small wheel problem. I drained the fork oil and replaced with dextron ATF, and used a couple washers for shims under each fork cap. That stiffened them up enough they don't bottom out continually. And tightened up the shock preload. It's terrible in the bumpy stuff. But like you said, I think the 12" wheels are the biggest source of the rough ride.
I'm curious how much better the grom forks would be, considering this limiting factor. |

I was considering these forks, not sure how much improvement it would be. Wish I could find reviews on them http://www.aliexpress.com/item/40012...c00yBQTws&mp=1 |
