Silencing the air filter box.
Hello, everyone during the last ride I started to be very annoyed with the loud sound coming out of the air filter box I decided to do something about it first I looked at how it is solved in Suzuki Freewind 650, It turned out that the air passage should be screwed so that the sound can be suppressed in addition I decided to additionally suppress the sound with sound dampening effect is very good motorcycle purrs nicely even at high revs does not roar like crazy in the end riding at high revs does not cause headaches I live in an area where there are a lot of hills motorcycle was not throttled either.

All assembled the motorcycle does not howl and only the muffler can be heard, If you are interested in silencing the clutch basket too, change the oil to VALVOLINE DURABLEND 10W 40 SEMI SYNTHETIC 4T.

I made some modifications to make it like the suzuki, but I had to cut a hole unfortunately I wanted more soundproofing, the rubber dampens the tech horrible sound that makes my teeth hurt at over 6000 RPM, but the intake is poorly designed and here is the main reason for the noise and I had to redo it.I will post a pic in my spare time I need to unscrew the seat.
