Installing Renthal High Enduro Bars from CSC for TT250 HELP

Hey all. Just received my Renthal High Enduro handlebars for my 2021 TT250.

Before I do the install I wanted to ask is there anything i should know? I heard i would have to drill a hole or two? Is this true? If so, how do I go about doing it?

Also, I just ordered a pair of ENDURO ENGINEERING full wrap around hand guards but was told they may not fit due to them not having a swivel mount to be able to bend/manipulate the mount off/from the handlebars.

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Why are holes needing to be drilled? I've installed handlebars and hand guards, start installing and ask away when you've got it in front of you.

Sometimes the plugs on the end need the handlebars tapped, but it depends on the style.

Usually inside the switchboxes there are locator pins to prevent them from spinning around, just looks where the holes are in the old handlebar and copy accordingly to the new bar. Mark the place with a center punch otherwise it will drift before starting to bite in. DO NOT just cut out the locator pins or else the switchboxes will spin around and you'll be battling with them spinning tape onto the bar etc. Just ask me how I know...

Most of the parts will have a ping to held the switches in place and the throttle grip as well.

Just take it apart and have a drill ready, measurement tool among others tools.
