Blackstone UOA results are in
A while back I had mentioned being concerned with the sheen in my oil. Everyone said "Don't worry about it!" but I still wanted to be sure. So I sent off for an analysis.
Everything looks good according to Blackstone. I think I may switch to 15w-40 Synthetic for my next one and see if the shearing improves a bit. I'm using Gulf fleet 15w40 conventional at the moment. Attached the report as an image. |

The attachment didnt work but it never hurts to have peace of mind. I will say this, my Hawk has been absolutely loving Rotella T6 15w40.
