I seen a guy put shift lifts on front finder area they show what gear he is in but is there a way to make them were it tells you when to shift like a rev limiter of sorts ?

There is a thread on it somewhere in the ATV section but it only shows what gear you are in. The best rev limiter is your ear. It will let you know when to shift.

You can install a Tiny Tach which is also handy as an hour meter. About $10 and 5 minute installation.
