New raptor 200 at the cottage
Just got it yesterday and built it last night/this morning. Intended to put the hand protectors and orange tire accents on while I was up here but the bugs are nuts.
Got some breaking in time ahead of me. Was able to get almost 20km of riding on it today even though I had a crapload of work to do. |

Breaking in an engine is just as important as any other work!! I hope you take it more seriously and put on even more km's!!

Haha yes but replacing a toilet and hooking up the water at the cottage had to be done before I could even look at my raptor. Ive read a few peoples break in regimes on here. Going to running at below half throttle for the first 200km and then change the oil and start to get a bit more aggressive on the throttle from 200-400km.
Luckily for me, the dirt road from my cottage to the marina is plenty of fun to ride on, even at low speeds. |

Congrats on the new Raptor. I'm considering buying one, is yours a 2020 model?

To be honest when I called the dealer I mentioned the 2020 model was what I was looking for but I don't actually know for sure! I purchased it new from a dealer in May of this year so it SHOULD be the 2020 model. Is there somewhere or something I could check to verify the model year?
