Venom Grizzly 125 stuck float?

Hello, I have a few venom grizzly 125’s and one of them has a stuck float, causing fuel to drain out the over flow. My problem is the float bowl does not come apart?! I have put it in the ultrasonic anyhow but still no luck. Are there any replacement rebuildable carbs for these things?

It’s a Jingke PZ20

eBay or Amazon or just Search Google. Search pz20.

I don’t want the same carb though, if that makes sense . I want to be able to just rebuild it from now on.

I think you are mistaken. the bowl must separate, otherwise it could not have been manufactured with a plastic float inside.

It’s secured with tamper proof screws. When it was manufactured the bolt heads snap off when they are inserted. I’m assuming this is some EPA thing to keep people from messing with the jets and stuff.

I suppose I could use a screw extractor, and replace them with normal ones.

I use a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel to cut a notch in the float bowl screws, then use a flathead screwdriver to remove them. Replace them with new screws. Then use a drill and drill a hole in the little plug coving the mixture screw and pull it out.

That’s a great idea, thank you. You don’t happen to know the replacement screw size do you?
