Torque Specs?

Does anything have a torque spec on these things? Or does everyone just tighten it till it snaps and then back it off a half turn?
My son's Apollo Sportrax 125 is on it's way. I have threadlocker in hand, just wondering if anything gets torqued or if "tight" is the spec.

Anyone know if the Sportrax and Coolster are the same, just different bodies? Should I wait to see it first before trying to order a sprocket/chain since there are so many different sizes/versions of these things? Just figured it would be easier to do before assembly.

bolts

everything has a torque spec.... to be picky... TIGHT usually works the best... thread lock everything... EXCEPT YOUR AXLE CARRIER BOLTS... because you will have to get those loose to adjust the chain sometime... but make them good and tight after you do adjust them..
