New ArgenJapachino motorcycle.
After almost 4 years i'm parting away with my hawkesque CG enduro.
While the engines stills runs like a charm and starts at the first touch or kick, the chassis well is rooting away. Mostly my fault because when it was new i went to the cost rode it on sand and well never clean it..... So some rust here and there. The front suspension is quite worn out and very wobbly plus the vibrations it makes a very unconfortable ride, plus some other details... It was time to change motorcycle, when i went to dealer i got a offer for an ArgenJapaChino motorcycle. An XTZ 125, it used to be made 100% in Brazil with Brazilian and japanese parts, but now is made in Argentina with Argentinian parts, japanese parts and chinese parts. The Engine is made by Jianshe, who also sells a clone named JS 125 6BE. The main difference between the Yamaha and the Jianshe version: -The brakes on the Yamaha is japanese made by Nissin -The Carb is a CV type on the Yamaha, while on the Jianshe is the average PZ27 -Better finish and plastics on the Yamaha -Bigger front forks on the yamaha and the monoshock can be adjusted in 3 positions. But most important, Yamaha issues a 3 years or 36.000 km(22400miles) warranty Also unlike the honda and other chinese brands that either come with 70/30 tyres or pure dirt ones, this one cames with a 50/50 tire. |

That is always how I figured my Hawk will go. Engine still good but the rest of it just worn beyond reason/worth fixing.
Interesting new bike. Definitely a mix of parts which I assume is to keep the cost down.
