Hawk bsr 250 ignition switch issues

Hey guys, New to the forrum. Just bought a hawk 250 and I'm having a little trouble with the starter switch. I am not a mechanic and I am learning as I go along. I'm able to kick start the bike with no problem. For some reason when I first got the bike I was able to start the bike with electric start no problem.But it kinda sounded like it was struggling to start even then. Then everytime I pressed the button on the first day of warning up it just got quieter and quieter. I checked the fuse and I saw it was blown. So I thought that was the problem. I went to the nearest autobody store got more fuses. Everytime I put one in it blew. so i stopped putting them in and checked all the wires from the solenoid to the headlights and they seem to be ok. Could it be the ignition switch? the solenoid? the starter relay? If you guys could help that would be cool. Explain it to me if I were dumb cuz I'm new to motorcycles. Sorry. I have a video linked.

Also I keep hearing this wiring noise coming from the starter motor, is that bad?

Bike while running will light up but I’m faking to imagine if dude blown why it lights up, or if it can, take the fuse right out n see.
You only need to unplug the ignition switch to kick start the bike.
I’d say you have a dead flat battery and that might be caused by either faulty rectifier or bad connections near there or to the battery.
All the ignition switch is doing is joining red from fused red battery wire to black wire that’s ign + and disconnects the kill switch when turned on
Turned off it disconnects power but connects kill switch

Run starter while engine runs- what do you expect? Engine turning n you’re making starter turn....
Try that in your car n see if get noises

Unplug ignition switch
Join red to black that’s ignition on.
Test that n see if it’s same it dufferbt

So what are you saying I should do, try and charge the battery or should I look for faulty wiring near the starter? I'm a little confused?

That sounds like the starter clutch is not engaging.

Oh! I am a bit new to these things but what would be a proper fix for this situation. Should I work on trying to replace the starter clutch?

Is there like a usual part that you would put in, maybe something thats commonly used on the hawk?

Parts are common amongst the bikes but vary from manufacturers to manufacturer and would be best to put you hands on the part and verify before buying.

Your right. I guess it would of been obvious if I watched the radio to the end. also just realized he has a bashan Enforcer and not a Hawk.
