Lost All Frrront Fork Travel

So went for little ride today while waiting opnnnn nibbi intake adapter still!!!! and went over a knoll and lost all the travel in my front forks. I just watched the SSR fork upgrade from Megadan and looks like the best option since i do mainly rough trails on this beast! Anyone know or have any videos on fork removal process sime similar diy to the hawks forks. I have never done the forks before and know theres a spring inside and whatnot need to know the process. I saw the fork oil video from motocheez.

No broken spring it's weird. I took them out both springs are exact same length still and not broken anywhere no cracks in either. But my bike had like barley 100ml in each fork. It was really hot 100 degree day and maybe the viscosity went down but that seems far fetched. I put 250ml of valvoline max life dex3 in Both with 3 nickels on top of the spacers and it is functional but still not satisfied. Jerry do you or megadan know which fork seals to get from honda. I'm getting the ssr cartridge emulators want to do the seals while I'm in there.

I have used these on my Hawk so I know they’ll fit. These are for the top end not the inside bottom. The seal size is correct if you cross reference.

low fluid volume plus hard use on a hot day - foamed the oil which caused a total loss of damping. It is no different than getting air bubbles in a brake line. Having only 100ml of oil meant that the foamed oil was at the level of the damping holes.

I am still using the original seals on my forks without issue. I have not replaced them, so I am not aware of what other seals will work.
