Question Wanting Opion

Looking for a street legal enduro bike for a short person about five feet tall. Could be less than 250cc. Doesn't have to be Chinese. Sounds impossible but though I'd run it up the flag pole. Thanks.

I really know how to spell OPINION.

The only bike I can think of is the Bashan Storm or Brozz which has a seat height of 28-29" You could get a ToaToa Hellcat and throw some off road tires on it.

I did the seat mod to my storm which lowered the ride height enough to go from tippie toe to flat footed. I used a big kitchen knife then a staple gun to put it all back together. You can also lower the bikes via the fork brackets like they do with cafe racers. Shorter tires is another trick.
