Apollo RFZ air filter help

I am going to post some pictures. I just bought an apollo rfz and ordered some air filters that arrived without an exhaust nipple for the crank case breather hose. I read that I can use the air filters without the nipple and add a 9mm air filter to the end of the breather hose. Any advise would be much appreciated. My crank case breather hose goes from end of air filter, no another weird little filter, and then into case. Ill include some pictures. Any help would be much appreciated. air folter1.jpg
