Help me identify this engine

Hi
Can someone help me identify this engine?
Also what are the two nozzles in the belly just beneath the cylinder for seems like these are for oil radiator to cool down oil.
Can I get its service manual?

That is an unusual animal. The Q in the serial number implies air cooling, but those ports certainly look like they connect to an oil cooler. The rest of the numbers don't really make sense, and it seems like it is claiming 150cc displacement. If that's true, there is no need for oil cooling; you could simply connect the two ports with a hose and clamps.
The engine is the CB design, which is most commonly CB200 or CB250 in North America. They are quite similar to the Honda CRF230, so any tuning specs from that should cross over.

I need its service manual and can someone point me to some documents or resources that explains this engine working.
And what are the two nozzles in its belly just beneath the cylinder?

Climate here is mostly hot. Summer Temps raise above 45 degrees Celsius coupled with jam packed third world traffic and roads with average speed in single figures.

Thanks for the reference thread. Mine is Ohc not ohv. But I do have a water cooled 163fml and a bunch of cg 125s will try the above on that.

For current engine it already have two nozzles under the cylinder for oil cooler. Any idea how big radiator can I use. I was thinking to use Hayden rapid cool radiator from a jeep. It has 300ml capacity.

Also is there secondary pump specific for that two nozzles? Or is it same pump? Would redirecting oil flow via that affect the oil flow volume /pressure inside to other parts?

Is there any upgrades kit to make it 175cc or probably 200cc?
