Hawk Sprockets

Has anyone had an issue with a JT 17T front sprocket fitment of the sprocket
cover?
I am unable to get my cover back over the 17T sprocket it seems to be to large
to allow the cover to return to its bolt in location.

I put the cover on with the chain off then thread the chain around the front sprocket.

Some of us can't put the cover on with the chain installed, others can. If you haven't figured it out, I'm one of the us. I thought about doing some grinding but never got around to it, it isn't a big enough deal to get put on the list of things to do.

A light tap on the cover with a mallet will pop in place.

I had to put mine in at an angle. I fiddled about with it for awhile and then I figured it out. Now I can take it off and put it on no problem.
