I just removed the steel license plate adapter bracket. Drilled 2 holes in the plastic and moved the plate directly to the plastic. A few ounces lighter, and removed that wagging weight from the rear fender. Not really interested in an eliminator. Don't want a mud stripe up my back...

I just moved my plate to the bottom screws to cover up the reflector and I think it looks much better like this, decided it's fine rather than messing with the fender. I was originally going to try to mount one of the DRC fender eliminators, If I decide it's ugly again I might give it a shot
