50,70,90cc horizontal engine wanted.

I think that I am going to try and mount a horizontal clone into the Artic Cat minibike. Don't need more than a 90cc. 50cc would be more than enough.

semi auto would be perfect.

Also extremely cheap too.

I have a 49cc semi auto that needs a new head (is that the part that holds the valves?) It has almost no miles on it. The reason it needs a new head is because I stripped out the spark plug hole. I tried to drill out the hole and use a steel insert but I accidentally drilled too close to the valve and the valve no longer seats properly. The new head is 50$ on Ebay. I have no idea how to ship something like this.

This is what it needs. This is just an example, they can be found cheaper if you keep looking.

Although I have several of those engines ,shipping them across the border gets expensive in a hurry .I can certainly ship you a head if you get the engine from adjuster ,I have original honda and clone ones available .

I wonder if I could just wrap it several times in heavy plastic and stick a shipping label on it? Or do you think it would need to be all boxed up?

I ship a lot of them on the greyhound bus .I find an old picknic cooler ,stuff a little cardboard and foam around it ,tape the lid shut and send it on its way .

Might be able to wrap some cardboard and then plastic. I usually find a box to put them in.

Going to have to scratch this idea. Not enough room in the frame.
