How much was your bike?

If you don't mind answering that is...

How much was your bike, and what is it?

I'm only asking because I think they cost a lot more here in Canada, and just curious to see (case in point, that Kikker bobber with 110cc lifan motor is 1499USD from california, here in bc with a new name it is 3100CDN, and our dollars are almost equal nowadays).

My lifan was 2500 + tax, canadian, from an actual dealer, cheapest local price I found by a few hundred dollars.

DB-07A - $980 delivered
DB-07B - $850 delivered

Both were purchased as pairs. The first pair was me and Dad. The second was for me and my girlfriend. So, I know I was able to get a better deal because shipping was almost nothing for the second.

My 150cc Xingyue Easy came assebled, certified, and delivered, ready to fire up, from a brick and morter store. Came with helmet. $1599. IMHO, yes they are more expensive up here. Though, for Toronto, Ontario, $1599 usually gets you a slice of pizza and a coke, not a vehicle. They may be more expensive here, but everything is more expensive here. :x

Ours were around $2700 delivered to our door, so yeah we had to assemble them.

I could have found a good used JAP bike for that amount and just bought the wife her quad but then I'd been stuck on TT and never would have found this site.It all worked out for the best.

You guys in the states are lucky, my 250 was $1400 in the crate, and a further $250 to make it road legal. The average for a 200cc on the road is about $1650.

Jonathan.

There are some of us who would have shelled out $1650 to get a 250 like yours.

Hey, you got the same deal I did. Got mine off eBay for $500 and it had 2.9 km on the odometer (he was located 5 miles from where I work). I was told he paid around $1,600 shipped to his house, then he paid to have it assembled.
