Rear tire removal???

I'm sure there is a thread about this subject.... But I have to ask anyway! Are there any instructions/videos that show step by step on how to remove the rear wheel from the scoot? Or at least which side would I go at it from? Logic would tell me the muffler side..... I guess I'll have to replace the exhaust gasket if I pull that off? First time!!!

I have never worked on scooters. However, I did a quick search of YouTube and found the following videos on the subject. I hope they help you.

Awesome vids guys! BTW is there any place that you go as a one stop shop for plugs, wires, hoses, and other replacement parts? Inexpensive and fast shipping?

www.scrappydogscooters.com I have ordered before and been happy.

On my honda elite I had to remove the exhaust to get the rear wheel off.

Yes your right kat..... The muffler, and swing arm for me to get the wheel off. Now I'm gonna have to get a new tire that's for sure..... I've heard the Kenda brand are pretty reasonable on price and quality. Also don't these things use inner tubes? I always used to think these tires were tubeless. Wonder why not?

Yes, Kenda makes good tires at a reasonable price; so does Shinko.

I was going to recommend a Shinko too. My Honda was tubeless. Check the valve stems. Any sign of cracks replace them.
