I've purchased three sets of these so far: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=13150621412. Open the link in Google Chrome and allow it to translate.
Just type the amount into Google for a conversion, like this: 79.80CNY to USD, and you'll see that the cost is only $12.85 US. The quality is very good, and all of the mounting hardware is included. I'm not sure how many colours are available, but I've purchased red and blue so far.

You can also add these to the Acerbis bark busters for a little wind protection: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=5310746260

It's time to learn some Chinese when searching taobao.

Human wouldnt the shipping costs kill for something small like that? Plus the fee paid as a commision? Then with the added time of waiting, i just cant stomach the thought of order from tao for parts that a readily available stateside.

The shipping cost is minor, as is the commission. You can learn about the EMS discount on www.taobaotrends.com.
I find that shipping takes a little over a week.

I'm not exactly sure, Spud. I've done a considerable amount of searching on Taobao, and it might have been a side banner advertisement item. I might also have searched for Acerbis, and then narrowed the field to motorcycle parts.
You can literally buy almost anything that is made in China on Taobao.

Those Acerbis hand guards are an exceptional deal. Thanks for posting the link.
