Welcome!

When it cuts out at high speed, does it feel like it's running out of fuel? If so, change the fuel filter. If you don't have a replaceable filter, close the petcock and remove the petcock bowl for cleaning (if equipped with a bowl).

Please show us pics of your new bike.

Those bikes were around for only a short period of time; I believe the predominant dealer was out of Ok City.

Click the advanced reply button and then you should see a paperclip icon. This will allow you to browse your computer for files and attach them.

could be a few carb related items. main jet needs to be cleaned, float and needle needs to be cleaned or float height set. if your really stuck for a clutch cable, motion pro makes custom cables for around $40 but you need to send them the old cable.

Entire clutches, with the basket, go for $20-$40 on eBay.

I don't know about getting the gasket though. Maybe a XR200 unit would work.

So, the clutch is stuck in the engaged position? Pulling the lever does not release the clutch? What happened to the first cable? Did it break or was it streched beyond its adjustment range?
