no, that is some place called galatamotorspots or something... I still love how it says 85mph+ for top speed.. haha. I'd love to see that on a flat road with any wind...

Apparently they've done their homework here...MCO listed in the title!

I'm surprised they didn't use your creek picture, too.

Did you guys see this?

SPECIFICATIONS / LITERATURE / PICTURES
All bikes specifications are based on the information given by the manufacturer and the manual provided with the bike. We do not make any claim as to the accuracy of the manuals or the specifications listed on this site. We do our best to give the most accurate information possible. We are not responsible for any errors regardless of the source, including but not limited to typing errors, misprint, omissions... We took all the pictures ourselves from the actual product shown. We do guarantee that you will receive a bike that is the same as the picture shown to the exception of the color and a few details as manufacturers may change specifications from one shipment to the next.

Now if that doesn't indicate an honest dealer, I don't know what does... :?

It's not T-Motorsports, but it looks as if they've ripped off their TMS's photos as well. They do seems to stretching the specs a bit

I would go after them :x , They have no right to pull items off other sites to sell bikes on Ebay. Shut em down JIM If we have any ebay members on this site they could post this on the review page right?

I like how they stole your stuff and they put this on the bottom of thier auction.

©2007 Galata Motor Sports USA. Use of this content for other listings, sites, etc for profit is illegal and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of law.

Plagiarism is a law isnt it? I would contact Ebay with that.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/vero-rights-owner.html

thats the link you want. i would give them a link to this thread. maybe even contact T-Motorsports and let them look at the auction.

I read over it all again and a couple of things caught my eye...First

FEEDBACK
If you have a problem with the bike, such as damage, assembly or starting problems, do not leave us negative or neutral feedback to get our attention. Instead contact us for your problems and concerns. 8O
Hmmmm

REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY
If you refuse your shipment, upon reception of the refused merchandise, we will issue a credit for the purchase price less the shipping and handling cost. The minimum shipping and handling cost is $50 even on bikes that are sold with free shipping. We may apply a 15% restocking fee on refused orders.
Please note that if you refuse your shipment because it looks and/or is damaged, it will still be considered as a refused order :? . For shipping damage, please see below.

Hmmm
Maximum Speed 85 mph 8O
Mwaaaaaa ha ha

So what they are saying is; If THIER carrier damages the bike BEFORE you get it. Its YOUR fault? Legally I don't think its actually YOURS untill you sign the manifest as "recieved". The whole auction is a joke. Ebay will remove it if someone complains.
