110cc Mini Beast swing arm bushins, front brakes and spacers

I just bought a 110cc Giovanni Mini Beast and a 110cc Rebel for my kids. I am happy with the mini beast overall, except for three things:

1) The bolts in the upper and lower swing arms ("A" arms). The bushing is for a 7/16 diameter bolt, but the bolts that came in there are smaller. This results in too much movement and would pulverize the bushings very quickly on a bumpy terrain. It seems strange that the bolts wouldn't be the right diameter to start with. Are all the Mini Beasts this way?
I was able to go to a local parts place and purchase the right size bolts for just over $20. (Except for one of the bolts on the lower swing arm which needs a 7.5inch 7/16 bolt which I will have to get at some place like BCFastener the next time I am out of town).

2) The front brakes are not what I expected. I also purchased a 110cc "Rebel" and it has a much better front brake drum set-up. The Mini Beast has flimsy front brake drums and a poor cable connection in comparison. It seems on some websites they indicate that these 110cc gio bikes have front disk brakes (mine didn't). Did yours?

3) The spacers for the front wheel are more like approximate pieces of random pipe. The "Rebel" has only one spacer and it fits nice and snug. The ones for the Mini Beast are quite loose. Does anyone know of a spacer that fit in the Mini Beast better?
