Kinroad XT200GY Front Wheel???
Hey guys, I have a Wildfire wfg-200ldb (Kinroad XT200GY so i'm told). I have taking the front wheel to 3 different shops, and they all tell me they can't true and balance the wheel because they have no way to purchase new spokes. At this point I really want to just buy a new rim because the old one has some rust on it. For the life of me I can't find anywhere that sells the rims. Does anyone have any info on this that can shoot my way????

Howdy Fellow Kinroad'er!
I too had front rim issues. While not rusted, mine had a bend/wobble. I was able to buy a spoke wrench and watched the rim truing video and gave it a shot. Not perfect, but much better now. If you find a good deal on a new rim, please share. If you need any measurements off mine... happy to assist. Cheers!

How many spokes does your front wheel employ.

Thanks for posting the spoke count.
If you want to purchase a new alloy rim to replace the original steel rim, I suggest you get size 1.60-21 rim, with 36 spoke holes. The only trouble you might encounter is spoke holes which are too large. I have had good success with the Warp9 rims. You might also consider the Tusk Impact rims. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...term=warp9+rim https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...term=warp9+rim

If the spoke holes are too big, the spoke nipples might get pulled through the rim. You can fix this problem by getting spoke nipples with a larger diameter head.

Yes, that is a standard, Chinese front wheel. It uses Lifan spokes, which have a "V" on the head of the spoke. The same spoke is employed for both inner, and outer spokes.
I have laced several different rims to the front wheel of my Zongshen Sierra 200 using the Lifan spokes. The spoke head is big enough so you won't have a problem lacing a Warp9 rim to your present hub using Lifan spokes.
