That is a beautiful job; your bike looks great! Thank you for sharing the photographs.

I noticed the same guys i bought the exhaust from have a main jet air filter and oil filter too that fits on my bike, and they apparently took the bike to pieces just to see what good they could do.
So now that you mentioned the main jet i was thinking maybe to get that jet they have, mikuni original 102/221. But I dont know what size main jet i should get. What size main jet did you guys change to on your qlink xf200? Will it use alot more gas? I think i can trust theyr judgment based on how good the exhaust turned out but.. maybe i should just order the jet and the air filter and oil filter too :P Darn, tweaking is dangerous..now i cant get enough :o http://www.cbxmanmotorcycles.com/Gen...Xp-Xf-200.aspx |

http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=449 and specially this document: http://motorcycleinfo.calsci.com/Airboxes.html Add to the above the loud, hollow and unpleasant noise produced by the intake air roar and the ever present possibility of getting water into your carb through a K&N filter, either when washing or even when parked facing the driving rain, the loss of the rear carb support provided by the airbox structure and leaving the carb just hanging by the rubber manifold adapter. This strains the adapter and causes the carb to vibrate causing fuel frothing in the float chamber...I wouldn't bother. The Qlink's airbox is the same as Suzuki's engineers designed for the DR200 and it has more than enough capacity for the engine's output. If you feel an improvement is necessary, fit a Moose engineering air filter. This fits inside the factory airbox with no mods. See this thread for part numbers and other details: http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/sh...ighlight=moose

Hi, Forchetto! I was hoping you would come along and notice this thread! I didn't mean to "steal your thunder" regarding the mikuni carburetor jets. We are very pleased to have you here as our resident expert on the Qlink/Qingqi XF 200.
