I found the source of my fuel system problems! There was paper floating and breaking apart in the gas tank. I sucked the gas out of the tank with a large syringe and used a vacum to suck the paper out!

All is good now!

It appears to have been a sticker that was glued on inside the tank wall. It was like one of those plastic type stickers that are stuck on the outside of the ATV !!
