While you're in there adjusting jets/floats, remove the jets and idle screw and use compressed air to blow out all orifices. If jets are not helping at all, something else is plugged or not getting enough fuel to it.

My pilot jet was plugged when purchased new. Fair amount of crud in the float bowl as well.

I'm looking for a PZ30 Carburator WITH accelerator pump......but, I didn't find the right throttle cable. It split in two cables. Also, it have to fit on my bike's throttle.

Life is not easy! lol :P

I resolved my carb problems.......I bought this brand new carburator....Keihin...30mm with a 38mm air intake....exactly like my Dekni PZ30 but with an accelerator pump. Pilot Jet = 38 Main Jet = 105. I bought a throttle cable from a Quad Shineray 250 ST because it split 2 in 1. I took some pics of my carb & throttle cable. Also, I switched from a 14T Front sprocket to a 13T Front sprocket. I also changed my crappy Torch spark plug for a NGK DPR8EA. It rips a lot compare to my previous set-up but it run too lean on idle!!!....Next step: I'll buy a UNI POD Air Filter & I'll remove my spark arrestor. I have to find a new 38 and/or 40 Pilot jet.

I bought my carb at this E-Store: http://www.tsbmotorsports.com/produc...irt-Bikes.html
