what i found

Symptoms of oil fouling include black oily coating caused by poor oil control. This situation is more severe than what is seen with the ash-fouled spark plugs and usually represents advanced engine wear. When the oil enters the combustion chamber and covers the core nose of the spark plug, the spark no longer arcs across the gap. Rather it takes the easier path to ground by tracking down the oil on the core nose. This results in a complete cylinder misfire condition. Check for worn valve guides, valve stem seals and/or piston rings, In some engines, a defective PCV valve can contribute to this condition. Replacing the spark plug may help for a short time, but the new plug will soon foul.

How did you get to this from too much fuel in the carb?

Obviously too much fuel in your oil will start to make it not lubricate properly, but changing it takes care of that in a hurry...and fixing the over fuel problem.

If your motor is failing you'd be blowing blue smoke out the exhaust, which you haven't mentioned here. I wouldn't get too far ahead of yourself with failing motors just yet.

no smoke

no smoke engine has 1700mi on it, i change oil religiously, prob too much. dunno how i got to this was looking up fowled up plugs.

If there is no smoke, it is unlikely you have any excessive wear. Are you sure about the oil level being correct?

It isn't going to hurt anything changing the oil too often, but it will if you are overfilling it. If you are having any sort of premature engine wear at only 1700 miles, there is some sort of defect involved or the engine has been seriously over-revved. I agree with TurboT, don't get too far ahead of yourself here. It sounds like we need a more complete picture of what's going on.

perfect

Oil levels perfect, the engine is fine this is some sort of rich or lean or flooding or fuel flow prob. no grit in oil perfect level.

Yes restarts in 15min almost religiously, im thinking the coil is getting hot and screwing up, smells rich like i can smell little too much gas while im riding

when its stone cold it doesnt screw up till it warms up

Hmmm... I don't think it's the coil. If you smell gas when your riding it's probably flooding and takes 15 mins for the plug to dry out and restart.

so

So how do i stop the flooding. Their are two screws can one is idle already set at 1200rpm the other? can i adjust there?

Not sure on the GY's, but on my Beast the mixture screw is out about 2 or 2 1/2 turns. How was the air filter? If it's a foam type and over oiled it could be effectively choking the engine, though usually it wouldn't die, it would just not rev up any higher... I leave the diagnosis to people much better qualified than me

Well, these carbs are pretty basic. I think you would be okay.

Good chance the float is not set right. I just yesterday install the float upside down on an xr200. :oops:

It created a no gas situation. Flipped it around a bike fired right up. Bike sat for 10 years in a shed. I cleaned the carb runs fine.
