Hi! I bought second hand Lifan 200gy-5 2006 it start good by kickstarter but not start by electric starter. Battery and starter ok but something bad with overrunning clutch I guess. When I push start button starter become rotate but crank not rotate. Maybe someone had problem like this and can help me solve my problem.
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum!

Your English is better than our Russian!

Sounds like the problem may be in the starter gears, called the Bendix drive. Have you removed the started? Do the gears on it, or on the engine side appear damaged?

So you answer meaning it's not typical problem for this bike model http://sharepix.ru/447042u19/
green-parts is inspected and ok
yellow-this pinion looks normal but I not saw it all (only upper part)
red- I think something wrong with this pinion (it looks ok) because I tried rotate it by arms and done it without problem but it pinion must rotate crank too Then I pushed to this pinion effort to right side of bike (or to ground because it lay on right side when I disassembling engine) and it become hooked with crank and let me rotate its. Unfortunately when I assembled engine back and tried start by electric starter crank rotated only few turns and problem returned to my sweaty arms

I believe that your problem is either on the gear on the starter or it is the gear that the starter engages when you push the start button. Most of my experience would say the problem is the starter gear is not turning when the starter motor is spinning. Good luck!
