Work In Progress GY-200 2007

Ok here are some shots of the taping up of electronics and mods, the panels are painted in rubberized bed liner, any parts store same guys that make loctite. Heavy coat feels like rubber cool!! Scratch no prob just spray on more. Bike is coming out blue an black but may end up Mad Max style all blacked out.

I had the front fork reworked and it turns out the guys that built it left out a part. wow, is there anything they didnt miss? Anyway less to the new guys, if you don't tighten these bolts no one else is gonna, many of the prebuilt bikes are built by hicks. **(No offense to Hicks, if your a Hick be proud!!)

anyway here are some much promised pics. shes finally tight!! and running right! little more paint and some heavy duty tubs and ah yes the sprocket came in today having installed with new tubes.

Looking good. You wouldn't happen to have the brand of that bedliner product? I may try some on my truck.

I bet it will damp the vibration our bikes are famous for in the bodywork. I hope it holds up to gas though. Is it thick? Heavy? Wanna do my truck bed?

comparison

well my brother spent 500.00 to get "cold spray" speedliner, hot is rihno, supposedly the cold doesnt fade. I spent 6.78 plus double taxation without representation and his is slightly thicker than mine. If i put two three coats it would be about as thick. about 2-3 cm.

sure truckbeds are only 250.00, 200 for friends

I will have to consider it. Not sure how it will hold up though.

Looks good. I did the same thing to mine last year and it turned out
pretty good. I do have one smooth spot on the tank where the
speedo cable rubs against it. My fault as I didn't let it cure enough
before taking it out. Here is a LINK to mine. Some pics are missing
due to a crummy host, but the final outcome ones are on the last
page. Look forward to seeing your finished project.
