You are right. I was rounding up. The owner did say he would give me a discount on the right price.

Well, that's not what we wanted to hear, but I think you're doing the right thing. No sense in rewarding them for having incorrect info on their site. Even if it were only $200 more than originally thought, I'd be reluctant to do business with them.


Was it ever sold at the price we saw on their site?
If not, why was it allowed to be listed at that price for even a day?

Either they intentionally misled people, or they have no clue what their site is advertising.
Either way, it seems pretty sketchy to me.

I might have been the first person to order the bike on his website. They told me the price was wrong, and the price on the website changed on the same day.
