Looks like your battery is going bad.

Is it a sealed battery (no caps to remove and check fluid levels)?
If you have caps that can be removed, add some distilled water to the bottom of the neck in the opening and try charging again.

If you have a voltmeter, check the battery voltage. It should read somewhere over 13 volts if it is fully charged.

If you see something like 9 volts, you have a bad cell and the battery will have to be replaced.

I guess you don't have a kickstart or pull-start as back-up :(

Hope this helps.
Bill

What kind of ATV?

Have you tried shorting across the starter solenoid terminals with a screw driver (the big terminals with big red wires going to them)? This will connect the battery directly to the starter and bypass the solenoid itself which may be bad. If it cranks then the problem is the starter solenoid (because it clicks - that says the wiring to the solenoid is working). If is still doesn't crank then it is the starter or wiring (but only on the *big* wire side of of the solenoid). Or it could be a frozen engine, but this is not likely.

Don't be afraid of some sparks when you short across the big solenoid terminals. Its normal - starters draw a lot of current.

If your solenoid is bad I don't see any reason not to ride tomorrow with a screwdriver in you back pocket.
