Well it isn't my garage, but you are correct it is big enough to service a semi That is it's typical function, but I get to work on the lifan there...

No.... I would think that would only be necessary for signal lights with a flasher (so they don't blink too fast)... For the tail light it was simply a matter of hooking the correct wires together The light itself has resistors built into it though...
